To open and maintain an Account on bjbaje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: bjbaje and its Operators employ identity verification tools to confirm User age. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a User is under the applicable minimum age, the Account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during this period may be withheld pending investigation.
Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and contact details. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during the course of your Account relationship with bjbaje is accurate, complete and up to date.
Prior to processing any withdrawal requests, bjbaje and the Operator reserve the right to require documentary proof of identity, age and address. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of confirmed fraud, permanent account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bjbaje shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bjbaje immediately if you suspect unauthorised Account access.
bjbaje supports deposits via payment methods made available by the Operator from time to time. In Pakistan, familiar payment rails may include mobile wallets and bank transfers. Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for user familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity on this Platform. Actual deposit method availability is determined by the Operator and may be subject to change without notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and will be displayed within your Account at the time of deposit. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) compliance with the Operator's anti-money-laundering obligations. Where the Operator's settings permit, Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is carried out at rates determined by the Operator. bjbaje is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaje and its officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.
bjbaje does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bjbaje and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account with immediate effect where:
Upon termination for breach, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, legitimate funds will be returned to you subject to the Operator's standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.
bjbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version will always be available at https://bjbaje.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gambling license, as notified to Users via the Operator's own terms and conditions.
bjbaje does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan or any specific province, city or territory within Pakistan. Users access the Platform from Pakistan entirely at their own risk and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation under the laws of their specific location, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
